Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Class Packages Registration: All students must complete a liability waiver before attending their first class. Class Packages:We offer class packages (e.g., 10-class, 30-class packs) for your convenience. Non-Refundable: All class package purchases are final and non-refundable. Non-Transferable: Packages cannot be transferred to another individual outside of your direct family. Family Sharing: Packages may be shared among direct family members living in the same household. Expiration: All class packages must be used before the expiration date listed at the time of purchase. Unused classes will be forfeited after the expiration date. Late Fee: A late fee of $5 per day will be applied to any overdue package payments or outstanding balances. 2. Attendance & Cancellation Policy Punctuality: Please arrive on time for class. This allows students to properly warm up and prevents disruption. Late arrivals may be asked to observe for their own safety if they miss the warm-up. Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules change. To avoid charges, you must cancel your class reservation. Free Cancellation: Cancel more than 24 hours before class starts – no charge. Late Cancellation: Cancel within 12-24 hours before class starts – a 50% charge will be deducted from your class package. No-Show: Cancel within 12 hours of class or do not show up – a 100% charge will be deducted from your class package. Holds: You may place a hold on your class package for a maximum of one month for medical reasons or extended travel. Please request holds via email. 3. Dress Code & Personal Items A proper dress code ensures student safety, allows teachers to see and correct body alignment, and promotes a focused and professional atmosphere. Specific shoes are required for each class. Street shoes are not allowed on the studio floors. All personal items should be placed in the designated cubby area. Glow Dance & Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label all belongings. 4. Studio Etiquette & Safety Respect: We foster a supportive community. Students are expected to show respect for their teachers, peers, and the studio space at all times. Cleanliness: No food or gum is allowed on the dance floor. Water in a closed container is permitted and encouraged. Parents & Siblings: Our seating area is a viewing area. Siblings must be supervised at all times. Please notify your instructor of any existing injuries or health conditions before class begins.
