These policies apply to all classes, programs, events, rehearsals, performances, and studio usage at Glow Dance & Fitness. By enrolling, purchasing, or participating, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm enrollment for all group classes, private lessons, workshops, and events.

• All class packages are final sale. No refunds.

• Class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or exchanged.

• Glow Dance & Fitness reserves the right to adjust pricing, schedules, and instructors at any time. Prior purchases will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Make-Ups

• Group Classes: Packages are non-refundable. Make-up classes may be offered at management’s discretion with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Private Lessons: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

• Exceptions due to medical emergencies or force majeure may be considered with proper documentation.

3. Attendance & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety and class continuity.

• Proper dance or fitness attire and appropriate footwear are required.

• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class.

4. Health & Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

• Notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Glow Dance & Fitness is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes or activities.

5. Minors Policy

• Enrollment for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.

• Repeated behavioral issues may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Media Release

• Classes and events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes.

• By enrolling, you grant Glow Dance & Fitness permission to use such media without compensation.

• Written notice must be provided in advance if you do not consent to media use.

7. Studio Facilities & Personal Belongings

• Please treat studio floors, mirrors, and equipment with care. Damage may result in repair charges.

• Glow Dance & Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.

• Food, drinks, and cleanliness must follow studio rules.

8. Code of Conduct & Violations

• Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

• Glow Dance & Fitness reserves the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment without refund for violations of these policies.

9. Policy Updates

• Glow Dance & Fitness reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

• Updates take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
