Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, the App may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, address, account and profile information

• Class bookings, attendance, memberships, purchases and transaction history

• Payment status and billing information; complete card information is processed by third-party payment providers

• Messages, reviews, customer-support requests and other user content

• Photos, videos, audio or files you choose to upload

• Optional health, injury or accessibility information you voluntarily provide

• Approximate location and, with your permission, device location

• IP address, device type, operating system, App version, notification tokens and device identifiers

• App activity, analytics, crash logs, diagnostics and performance information

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Process bookings, purchases, payments and event registrations

• Provide customer support and service notifications

• Send booking confirmations, schedule updates and optional promotions

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the App

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share necessary information with Wix and its affiliates, payment processors, Google or Apple services, notification providers, analytics and crash-reporting providers, and other vendors that help operate and secure the App.

App performance information and device identifiers may be shared with these service providers for analytics, security, notifications, diagnostics and App functionality.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, or during a business transfer.

Data Security and Retention

We and our service providers use reasonable security measures, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, prevent fraud and meet legal or tax requirements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Please send the request from the email connected to the account and include your full name and account phone number. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data, except limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records that we are required or permitted to retain.

Deleting the App from a device does not automatically delete the user’s account or data.

Children’s Privacy

Glow Dance & Fitness provides services for adults and minors. Accounts and bookings for children under 13 should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your Choices

Users may update account information, disable device permissions or notifications, unsubscribe from promotional messages, and request access, correction or deletion of their personal information.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when our App, services or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
